Level 2 is where you transition from understanding LGBTQ+ travel to actively practicing what it means to serve this community with skill, integrity, and genuine care. The two modules in this level will shape how you think about your legal obligations, how you communicate with every client, and how you build an agency that LGBTQ+ travelers can genuinely trust.
